Jonathan R. Janofsky

Jonathan R. Janofsky joined Peter C. Kopff, LLC in 2013 and focuses on the defense of health care professionals and hospitals in complex medical malpractice actions from inception up to trial. He has also handled matters involving products liability, general liability, insurance law and electronic discovery. Mr. Janofsky received his J.D. with distinction from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2003 and his B.A. in Politic Science and minors in Business and Criminal Law in 2000 from the University at Albany. At Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, he served as a Research Editor for the Touro Law Review. Mr. Janofsky is admitted to practice law before the New York and New Jersey state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern & Southern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
